I believe honesty is the best policy. The experience I had was based on a referral. The vehicle was inspected for safety. The previous owner did most of the repairs and service himself. The truck passed the safty. During inspection, some items were exposed. The back seals were leaking. The backing plate were done and had to be replaced due to it supporting the breaks system. After an additional $1000. Now a few days later, also the second time I drove the vehicle. I noticed a hard grinding sound. Couldn’t understand why. Anyway, I made it back to the shop in a snow fall with stress on my mide. Kevin, and another gentleman.
